Thank you for shopping with Tillertons. We aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

The applicable delivery charge will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your order contains several different products, items may be produced and dispatched separately. This means you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

Processing and delivery times

Many of our products are produced especially for each order. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times may be shown during checkout or provided with your order information. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

During particularly busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may take a little longer.

Multiple parcels

Some products are produced and dispatched from different locations. If you order more than one item, your order may therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

Don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible a contact@tillertons.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@tillertons.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@tillertons.co.uk. Where appropriate, please include photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and put things right.
